Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, we generally do not accept returns, but we are committed to making it right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If you aren't 100% happy with your cocoa treats, please reach out to our team within 14 days of delivery.

Inspect your chocolate bars immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is present and in perfect, delicious condition.
Snap a Photo
If your package was damaged during transit or contains the wrong items, take a clear photo of the products and the shipping label.

Email our team with your order number and photos; we will review your request and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
Recycle or Enjoy
Since we don't ask for food items to be mailed back, you can recycle the packaging according to our zero-waste mission while we process your resolution.
