How do you ensure your chocolate is 100% slave-free?

We follow five sourcing principles: using 100% traceable beans, paying a higher price, strengthening farmer cooperatives, engaging in long-term direct relationships, and improving cocoa quality and productivity.

Why are your chocolate bars unequally divided?

To us, it doesn't make sense for a chocolate bar to be divided into equal squares when the cocoa industry is so unequally divided. Our bars represent the social inequality in the chocolate chain.

How should I store my chocolate bars?

To keep your chocolate in peak condition, store it in a cool, dry place between 12-19 degrees Celsius. Avoid the fridge if possible, as it can cause sugar bloom or absorb odors.

What happens if my chocolate melts during shipping?

We take great care in packaging, but if your chocolate arrives melted or damaged, please contact our Choco-service team within 14 days with a photo, and we will make it right.

Do you offer vegan chocolate options?

Yes! Many of our dark chocolate bars are vegan-friendly. Always check the ingredient list on the back of the wrapper for specific allergen information and certifications.

Where can I find the expiration date on the packaging?

The 'Best Before' date is printed on the side or back of each wrapper. We recommend enjoying our bars before this date for the best flavor and texture experience.
